My Mother has an iPhone SE second technology with iOS 14.2. Final Thursday (4th July), the iPhone fell on the bottom and since then it has shut down each three minutes. After trying on the panic log, the error that comes up is “no profitable checkins from com.apple.thermalmonitord since load”.
After trying on the web, we discovered this thread on iFixit, Restarts each 3 minutes due to thermalmonitord, so it seems {that a} sensor does not work anymore, and this causes the iPhone to close down after three minutes.
We tried to again up the iPhone on a pc with iTunes, however because it shuts down each three minutes, the backup must restart each time. Is there another method to again up the iPhone? There may be about 60 GB to again up, together with 44 GB for photos.
