With 80 nm bidirectional repeatability, 1 g acceleration, and 500 mm/s velocity, the V-573 household combines precision and velocity for demanding manufacturing environments. Designed for XY configurations, the phases combine seamlessly with PI’s ACS-based EtherCAT movement controllers, leveraging superior algorithms for optimum system efficiency.
The superior stage design offers for wonderful straightness and flatness values as little as 1 µm. Crossed curler bearings guarantee excessive stiffness, easy operating, and prolonged lifetime. Their line-contact design minimizes friction, improves accuracy, and helps increased hundreds, with an anti-creep mechanism for enhanced reliability.
