Nanoparticle interactions with organic methods are intricate processes influenced by varied elements, amongst which the formation of protein corona performs a pivotal function. This analysis investigates a novel side of nanoprotein corona–cell interactions, specializing in the impression of the protein corona on the restoration of disrupted tight junctions in endothelial cells. We display that the protein corona fashioned on the floor of star-shaped nanoparticles induces the aggregates of ZO-1, which is kind of necessary for the boundaries’ integrity. Our analysis emphasizes that the APOA1 pre-coating on the nanoparticles reduces the ZO-1 expression of endothelial cells providing a promising technique for overcoming the bio boundaries. These findings contribute to our understanding of the interaction between nanoparticles, protein corona, and endothelial cell junctions, providing insights for creating modern therapeutic approaches focusing on the blood–mind barrier integrity. Our research holds promise for the way forward for nanomedicine, nano drug supply methods and improvement of methods to mitigate potential adversarial results.
