Non-public 5G outfit GXC sells to vitality options agency Motive


Texas-based non-public 4G/5G supplier GXC has agreed its sale to California agency Motive Corporations, a supplier of renewable vitality and infrastructure options for industrial and business functions. Motive will present GXC with “substantial sources” to develop its buyer base and ship superior 5G community companies to a broad vary of commercial clients, an announcement stated. Phrases of the deal haven’t been disclosed.

GXC, headquartered in Austin, sells non-public 4G (LTE) and 5G networks to enterprises within the logistics, warehousing, agriculture, manufacturing, and good cities sectors within the US.
